We offer 2-Year leases with 2 months’ rent held on deposit as security.  Rent includes gas heat, hot water and satellite TV.

Centrally controlled computer-operated equipment provides an abundance of domestic hot water and radiant baseboard supplied heat in each apartment.

We provide 24-hour maintenance by experienced resident staff.
